About Stephen Richardson | Osteopath
Stephen trained at the British School of Osteopathy ( B.S.O ) in London which is the largest and oldest osteopathic school in the U.K and is highly regarded
throughout the world.
Stephen uses a number of treatment modalities to help restore optimal
functioning of the body amongst which are cranial and functional techniques. He
also practices acupuncture in the western form which is a useful adjunct to
osteopathy which achieves good results in helping to alleviate musculo-skeletal
problems.
Osteopaths are statutorily regulated health professionals and therefore GP’s can
safely refer patients to an osteopath – guidelines for which are published by
both the General Medical Council1 and the British Medical Association2.
Stephen is a fully registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council
(GOsC) and a member of the British Osteopathic Association (B.O.A).
